Why should I treat myself to marshmallows?
Because we don't always need a special occasion to enjoy something special. Mallow Magic was created to bring a little happiness to ordinary days—whether that's curling up with a hot drink, celebrating a small win or sending someone you love a thoughtful surprise.
What makes Mallow Magic marshmallows different?
Every marshmallow is handmade by me in Essex in my 5* Hygiene Rated Kitchen using premium ingredients and made in small batches. I create new flavour combinations inspired by nostalgic treats, desserts and the seasons, so every box feels like a little bit of magic.What does my box include?

Everything is handmade, carefully packed and sent with love from my 5* Hygiene Rated kitchen in Essex.
Are the flavours different every month?
Yes! Every month features a brand-new collection of limited edition flavours inspired by a different theme. Once a box has gone, it's usually gone for good.
Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians?
No. My marshmallows are made using beef gelatine, so they aren't suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Do they contain allergens?
Some of my marshmallows contain allergens such as milk, soya and nuts. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product page and included with your order.
Please note: Mallow Magic is made in a 5-star food hygiene rated home kitchen where a variety of ingredients are used. While every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

How long do they stay fresh?
My marshmallows are best enjoyed within 4-6 weeks. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How are they packaged?
Each flavour is individually wrapped to keep it fresh before being carefully packed into one of my signature Mallow Magic boxes.

Is postage included?
Yes. Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked UK delivery is included in the price of every monthly box.
Do you post internationally?
We only post to the UK at the moment.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Mallow Magic boxes make wonderful gifts. I won't include pricing inside the box, and you can add a gift message at checkout (if you decide to offer this).
Can I order more than one box?
Of course! Just add the number of boxes you'd like to your basket before checking out.
Do you make everything yourself?
Yes! From creating the recipes and making the marshmallows to packing every box, everything is done by me in my Essex kitchen.
Do you have a food hygiene rating?
Yes! Mallow Magic has been awarded a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating, meaning my kitchen and food safety procedures have been inspected by the local authority and achieved the highest possible standard
Can I choose the flavours?
Not for the monthly boxes. Each box is carefully curated around a theme, so everyone receives the same selection of flavours. Keep an eye out for some signature flavours that may pop up.
Will old boxes come back?
Occasionally, if a flavour is especially popular, it may make a return—but most monthly boxes are exclusive, so once they're gone, they're gone.
