By placing an order you confirm that:

Every marshmallow is handmade.

Because of this:

  • Colours and decorations may vary slightly.
  • Products are made in small batches.
  • Images are for illustration purposes.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Dispatch

Dispatch dates are shown on each product page.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

Mallow Magic cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery addresses supplied by customers or circumstances beyond my control.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because Mallow Magic products are handmade food items, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind.

However, if:

  • your order arrives damaged,
  • the wrong item has been sent,
  • or there is a problem with the quality of your order,

please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate I may ask for photographs to help investigate the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, I will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • a replacement,
  • a partial refund,
  • or a full refund.

My aim is always to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.
